Sail Flash V2.3 Update Expanded

With Sail Flash V2.3, support for Tigercat vehicles equipped with the EDC17CV41 ECU has been added to the system.

This update enables ECU reading and writing operations on compatible Tigercat models to be performed directly through Sail Flash, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined process.

With this addition, Sail Flash continues to expand its ECU compatibility, providing a more practical and effective workflow for field operations.
